Self-Storage at U-Haul

Don R. should be start paying attention at his costumers. He should pay attention to the service he and his coworkers provide. Stealing it shouldn’t be allowed to a place like this. It’s a large company and we will reach out to headquarters. Today was not the first time we rented at this location but certainly the last while not only provided an horrible service trying to literally steal our money, it’s called “odometer fraud”. Watch out, don’t be fool by them, check your contract and take pictures of the gas and miles before starting the engine of your rental truck, or better yet, go to another location!

Grant is awesome! Seriously, give that guy a raise! The only negative I can really say is that the manager desperately needs to work on his customer engagement skills. I saw him three different times, and each time, he was closing the office early or generally walking around with an unapproachable scowl on his face. I did not want to work with him and was very surprised when he begrudgingly helped me at the last moment on move-out day (actually, Grant helped me, but the manager LET him help me before locking up). If he can rediscover a way within himself to find some light in his job, I think this really could have been a 4-star review. Otherwise, renting trucks and working with the staff on pickups and returns was super smooth, everyone's pretty nice here. Storage areas/unit left a bit to be desired but they came in super clutch when I needed storage STAT so ultimately I am very appreciative of this location. I feel very comfortable recommending it to others. Thanks for everything!

Was horrible. I made reservations 2 days before my pick up date, arrived on time at my pick up location to be met by an employee and told they can not rent me the van because there was a nationwide glitch in their computers and I would just have to keep checking back every hour. I explained to them that this was my only day off to get moved out of my storage unit or else I would be charged for an additional month. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do.... Really???? Nothing??? I will never go back to Tropicana Field Uhaul EVER AGAIN!!! I ended up going to Home Depot to get a truck. I explained to the gentleman there what happened at the Uhaul place and he gave me an even bigger truck there for the same price of the van I was (supposed) to pick up at Uhaul along with extra hours at no charge. WAY TO GO HOME DEPOT!!! YOU SAVED THE DAY!!! UHAUL.....YOU CAN JUST......
