The people here are a Godsent and I am so happy I found this storage. I highly recommend moving your belongings here to keep them safe. Staff are professional and absolutely efficient. Andrew and Katrina are a great team !!!!!

I don't want to be over dramatic but the situation is really upsetting. We had our truck reserved but when we got to the location, our truck wasn't there. I called all numbers available, reached out to the scheduling department and received a promise that they will be looking for trucks that will be coming coming and keep me updated. I called an hour and a half later to ask if there is any update because I can't wait too long, they said that they will check and then just disappeared. The call was still going on but nobody was responding. I need to move out today, my landlord has other people moving in tomorrow, I have no idea what to do.
