Self-Storage at U-Haul

Jeremiah was the first associate that welcomed my son and I. He was absolutely helpful ! I’m a single mom and super stressed out because I had to move unexpectedly. Jeremiah made it so easy , quick and efficiently. Answered all of my questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and he is the reason I keep coming back. I love his customer service etiquette. It’s really hard to find amazing service etiquette in our younger generation, but Jeremiah has got it. The only thing I wish was that when I moved out of my storage unit early, I would’ve gotten a prorated amount back. Thank you so much U-Haul. I really would like you to recognize Jeremiah. The times that I have come to pull stuff out of my storage unit or put stuff in it Jeremiah is always happy smiling , working hard and has great customer service every time.

Good customer service, and clean facility. Their check in system was having issues which caused for the process to take longer than necessary.
