Almost everything about this storage facility is good. The location is convenient and Stephanie seems like an upfront manager. She also gave me a lower rate (than usual) for a limited time when I wanted to switch to a smaller unit. The issue I have been having is with the e-locks. Unless you have a data plan on your cell phone there could be issues being able to unlock the locks every time. I had a few times after hours close to 10PM when I could get up the elevator but the lock would not unlock. So I had to load things back into my car to come back the next day. The Janus company claims that you do not need internet to use the locks but it is not entirely true because once in a while you need to go online to refresh the digital keys. If used offline, one needs to go online and refresh the application before visiting the storage facility. I found that an iPhone is more reliable for offline use. It also seems important not to press anything in the menu which requires an internet connection or else the application will no longer be able to unlock and demand internet every time after that until after it is refreshed again. Also I wonder if the e-locks are IOT devices connected to the internet over WiFi. If that is the case it means that the government should have the capability to disable the locks any time they feel like.

Honestly I loved using this facility! It was clean and kept up with. The hours were completely reasonable and it was for the most part private and quiet. There were plenty of cameras for security and having the key fobs gave me that extra sense of security. And I definitely indulged in that little vending machine a few times. The staff has been absolutely amazing and respectful even from my first phone call with just a few questions. The prices are so affordable as well for the amazing place that I received. If I’m even back in the area and need storage I will 100% be back!

Great staff! Stephanie was the first person I met when I inquired about this storage. She helped me a great deal. She let me know what size is available and when. When I had to downsize, she was honest with me when the units are scarce. She suggested to put my name on the list so when/if a unit comes available they will call me.
