I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional help, guidance & service by the well mannered young lady at the office. I was in search of a spacious, affordable & well secured storage that I luckily found it here at Self Storage. I’d like to thank the personnel for helping my husband in our desperate search. Just called and asked for a quote. The lady who answered claimed “She did not know what I was saying”, and hung up. The irony is that she has a very strong accent and I understood her clearly. My use of the English language is exceptional in reading, writing, and speaking. Her customer service skills are atrocious. She did not even bother to ask that I repeat myself, and hung up. Wow!
