Very unprofessional experience. A lot of hostility and disrespect from either a representative or the owner. (They refused to be transparent about who I was speaking to). Their manager multiple times harassed myself (and others) while we were moving things in and out of our units. He spoke to us as if we weren’t paying customers. My final phone interaction was very unfortunate. I did not use vulgarity and did not yell. I was concise in my explanations of concern and instead of receiving that treatment back, they just hung up on me. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend. They treat their customers with unwarranted and unnecessary suspicion. And the response from the owner is false. I never demanded a refund. I asked if they gave one for time not spent in the storage unit and then said they did not. When I told them I had received that from other storage businesses in the past the owner lost his cool and started demanding I tell him what businesses did this (U-Haul does) and accused me of lying. So it spiraled from there. He refused to believe it and proceeded to treat me with disrespect and insult my intelligence. My point of the conversation wasn’t to get money from them as I repeatedly told him, the money wasn’t the issue. My point was that he wasn’t treating a paying customer with respect, I asked a reasonable question and was treated with suspicion and disdain. That was the issue. The money is irrelevant. The treatment from owner to customer was the focus of the conversation. Something that is still going over his head.

The best storage facility conveniently located and reasonably priced. The manager Terry is very helpful in moving transition. I highly recommend this place for it's price and customer service.
