Offering a low price then goes up double every 6 months. No customer service on site. Buy or bring your own dollies. 3 tines the doors were left opened, cant lock. They dont fix it.

When I first moved in there was garbage everywhere from tenants dumping their stuff. After a few weeks it was cleaned up. Sadly the primary elevator has not had working lights inside of it the entire time I've been here, it gets pitch black in there. I'd love it if there were more security cameras. The main parking lot gets extremely dark at night. Could use some more lighting.

Terrible customer service. An almost 60% rate increase within the first 6 months. I went to the location to speak with someone about the rate increase and discuss a compromise rate. I was informed the initial rate that I signed the lease for was only valid for 3 months and the rate could be changed with 30 days of written notification. I did not receive the 30 days of notification because the letter eat printed 30 days before my payment date and the USPS tool several days to device the letter. I asked the front desk person to speak with upper management about the notification time. She told me she would call me with a response. She has not and it has been over 2 weeks. I feel this is a "bait and switch" pricing tactic. I plan on reaching out to the BBB to assess the predatory practice. UPDATE: I emailed them according to their response to my review. I did not hear anything not receive a reply. No attempt to work with me. STAY AWAY
