Self Storage Plus

This place is great!! Prices are very reasonable, everything is very clean/organized, and there are so many options! Celia was so kind, considerate, and informative, and showed me the ins and outs of the unit. You can see that she truly cares about her customers and loves her job! I am so glad that I came here and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I am happy to say that I am now a tenant at Self Storage Plus in Bel Air. The manager Celia is the reason I didnt look anywhere else. I was a tenant for several years at a previous venue that managed by Celia. That venue changed owners and Celia left. Shortly after, I left that venue as well. The professionalism, courtesy, and customer service was was no longer there. I signed a lease at another storage facility and it hasn't been the same. When I found out that Celia is now at Self Storage Plus. I called her immediately. We set up a tentative plan for me to change venues. Things went a little off the rails and I needed to change venues immediately. True to form, Celia came through for me once again. Ive always heard good things about Self Storage Plus. But with Celia as manager a 5 star rating just isnt enough. Im looking forward to another great working relationship with her managing the venue im a tenant of. Professional, knowledgeable, engaging, polite, and friendly are just a few adjectives to describe the service Celia provides.

This place is awesome. The customer service is top notch. Celia was so helpful in getting us want we needed. The space was affordable and clean. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
