Self Storage Plus

Honestly, out of all the storage units I have ever had… this one should offer their units for free. It’s almost funny how horrible they are. So the gate closes at 10pm. As in, you won’t be leaving unless you’re out of there by 10pm lol. Try calling them. If they get “irritated” by you for inconveniencing them with a phone call - they’ll literally just hang up for no reason haha. And call back. They won’t even care at all. Let’s just hang up on our customers. Sounds like a great idea. Oh, and now the exit gate doesn’t work. Yes I’m serious. How long until they fix it? Who knows. I would say call and ask but, no point on that. They’ll probably hand up, how dare you inquire about when you’ll be capable of leaving (when the office itself isn’t) Find another place to store your possessions. A dumpster would be more reliable than this place.

Look at a different place to store your stuff. Security cameras do not work here, their system is old, property is run down. Your stuff isn’t safe, I had a $10,000 dollar four wheeler stolen out of my unit. My lock wasn’t cut, the latch to the unit was cut off and my unit was was left wide open for days for anyone else to help themselves. I was not notified. I found my unit wide open. Police were called, a detective was assigned. Self storage plus was not cooperative with the investigation. Apparently their so called surveillance system is inoperable and they cannot back up their system. I’ve sent numerous emails to corporate without a single response. Don’t be a victim like me your stuff is not safe here And they don’t care Management has changed. Inside job they covered up well. Store your stuff somewhere else My unit was inside the so called secured area. I’ve later learned that thefts are not uncommon at the self storage plus facilities.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke have been a loyal customer for years. They recently got new ownership and management and let me just tell you they’re in no shape or form to be running this place down the drain like this. Just a disappointment, this place used to be a safe and reasonable place to keep your stuff but now under the new ownership and management all they do is jack the rent up and do not take care of the place at all. I previously had something stolen out of my storage and they were not cooperative at all with the police delaying the camera footage and then said they can’t provide the footage due to there outdated camera system and the footage had been deleted. Such a joke nothing can persuade me differently that this was an inside job. If you are a customer here and have anything of value in your storage please take the time to look somewhere else to store your belongings.
