Access was convenient, pricing was fair with no hidden surprises, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free storage solution.

Be advised. Storage mart adds scam “insurance” coverage in paragraph 6 of their contract document. This adds an additional 31 dollars to your storage feee if you don’t “provide them with your own renters insurance” . Mind you the “insurance” they are providing doesn’t cover the items you have stored. I called to resolved the matter requesting reimbursement for this obvious scam policy. The rep at the site refused.

I have used Storage Mart for 3 years and I have always received excellent customer service. I would highly recommend using them for your Storage facility in the Crofton area.
