Extra Space Storage

If you think you know storage units, think again. I’ve rented here since 2021, across two different unit sizes, and the experience has been nothing like other facilities. The management at Extra Space Storage in Gambrills genuinely values its customers. They give advance notice about account changes, don’t surprise you with massive rent hikes, and address issues with your unit quickly. If you need help, ask for Kenny or Brian—Brian especially took the time to sit with me and walk through my options. I’ve never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

Heyvette was so helpful and wonderful. We came in very confused and definitely not prepared and not only did you walk us through it, she was so understanding!! She is absolutely wonderful! She helped fix the mistake we've made on the computer and get the right unit! This is our first time getting a unit. So we were very greatful for such a awesome guide!
