ol’ Sazannah don’t you cry for me….. wait, that’s a song. ok, this is suppose to be a review not a song. so let’s get on with the review shall we… 4 stars only, for the current rates of a 10x10. but 5 stars to Suzannah, an actual Suzannah who works at the Winchester/Wincrest location. might i say, she was a doll to work with! very helpful, kind, and provided great customer service. i don’t know her personally, so i don’t know what she’s making on the hour. but hopefully it’s no less than $17.00 that said, may i further add. to the Self Storage business owners. take good care of your great employees, and they will stick around and take good care of your business! #Facts thank you again Suzannah, for the assist!

Seemed like a good deal, clean and 24 hour. I signed an agreement with them for $138 before insurance in August. Without cause/ notice they raised the rates to $221 in December. A simple call or email explaining the rate increase would be great. If they raise the rates again in the next 6 months, I will be moving my stuff out of there and into a shed, since it will be more economical. Long story short- They raised my rates out of nowhere by 60%.

They will nearly double your rent rate without notice. When you call to ask about it, you will be treated poorly and told that they sent you something and they aren’t the mail man so they can’t help you didn’t receive it. No email, no app notification. Then, they will increase your insurance, without notice, and your invoice will not reflect that increased price, but you will be charged for it. When you ask for clarification, you’ll again be told they sent it to you and then they’ll correct the invoice to match what they want to charge you. I’ve continually had a “fee” added on in addition to the rent and insurance on my invoice, and they tell me it’s backdated for insurance and that this was the last time I’d pay it. Yet again, it’s there. It is a nice facility that is climate controlled and clean, but definitely not worth the price or hassle you’ll go through.
