This was an easy move-in process, largely thanks to Mike (the Site Manager). Mike made this an easy decision, from the moment I called to inquire about units, to the onsite visit to see if the property/units would be suitable, to setting up the accounts and move-in. The facilities are secure; the property as a whole is maintained; and I see the Site Manager (Mike) often when I'm coming/going from the units, and he's always friendly and helpful (and the peace of mind seeing/knowing how present/engaged he is with the property and the tenants is a HUGE bonus to this storage facility). The billing process is simple (and manageable online, which is a huge convenience). The units are clean (especially for not being temperature controlled and being exposed to the elements in ways that indoor/temp controlled units aren't), and Mike went so far as to make an extra sweep-out of one of the units prior to move-in to make sure it was ready to go. This is a solid place to store your items. Strongly recommend.

Self StorageOne is a great, safe and secure location for storage needs. It is never too busy, and has plenty of space to move around with your car or big truck. This Ellicott City location is fenced all around with a gated entry. The property is kept clean and has various size units for your storage needs as well as parking storage if needed. My unit is a 10x10 with easy, light roll up door and has a light socket . The unit has plenty of height to increase storage capacity with shelving. Staff is always friendly and no attitude. I usually dealt with Mike at the front desk. Very friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. U can pay online or at the front desk for your rent. The location is secluded, but very close to route 40 and 29 and the post office. Quick easy in and out!

Mike made the storage process a total pleasure! He called me after I reserved online, processed everything quickly, and guided me step by step with professionalism and kindness. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend his service!
