Sierra Highway Self Storage

Clean place yes! But we have only been here for 3 months. When we came in they had just lowered the price 2 days prior. The man that helped us said that’s great for you. Now you’re paying $150 & that’s a great price. You’re locked in they can’t raise the price on you. So that sealed the deal. Well we got a letter raising prices. So my husband went in to talk to the manager & he was a jerk! It was a lie & he chose not to work with us. He said it doesn’t matter what the other guy said. So we moved out our stuff. I went to the office to ask for a refund for the remaining days on the rental and they said they don’t prorate. So nice of them. Now they have another empty unit. Hopefully more people will move out. Not the way to do business!

I am so happy that I chose this facility to storage my belongings they are courteous and kind and if I have any questions the staff can and will assist me. When I go there it's always clean and secure. Thank you for being SUCH an amazing organization
