Silver Star Storage - Delray Beach

We recently added another unit at Silverstar Storage and had the pleasure of working with Diane — and what a difference she has made! She took her time walking us through everything and made sure we were completely settled and comfortable with the process. The very next morning she even called bright and early because (embarrassingly!) I had accidentally put my lock on someone else’s unit. She noticed that my actual unit was closed but not locked, secured it immediately for us, and let me know she would swap the locks when we arrived. That level of attention and care is rare. Diane is helpful, proactive, and genuinely looks out for her customers. In just a short time since she’s been there, the entire facility is noticeably cleaner and far better managed than it was only a few months ago. Excellent service — we feel very safe storing our belongings here now!

Wow! The management of this company should know that the two employees, Kerri and Diane, who manage the facility, are amazing! They are personable, genuine in caring for their place of work, and attentive to customer concerns and questions. In fact, my choosing this storage company, despite the abundant presence of less expensive such places in the area, is mainly due to these two diligent employees. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognized and rewarded accordingly.
