Silverbell Self Storage

Just started using this place for my work storage and it’s been great. Set up was so easy, quick and so well explained. The Manager Joseph has been absolutely fantastic to work with, he is so knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Will be recommending this place greatly, and using it for as long as I need! I feel like my stuff is so safe here!

Joseph was super nice and really trying to help me out, but then he called someone (his boss I guess?) to ask a question I had, and wow. She was SO rude. Like instantly had an attitude, cut him off while he was talking, and just seemed super annoyed for no reason. I honestly felt bad for him, he kept trying to make it seem like it wasn’t a big deal but you could tell he was uncomfortable too. I was sitting there thinking… if she’s the one I’d have to deal with if he’s not around? Absolutely not. Made me second guess storing here at all. If it wasn’t for the discount I got online, I probably would've walked out. Joseph apologized and really did his best to smooth things over, which I appreciated, but yeah. Left feeling kinda upset and not super confident about it. Big thanks to him for being so kind through all that.

Joseph was AMAZING!! I had to rent 2 storages after I realized one wasn’t enough. He made the process fast and efficient. The facility provided a moving truck, which cut a huge amount of time and expense off of this move. I am grateful for his kind and speedy service. You pay a little extra for this facility, but it’s first class all the way! Thank you Joseph!!
