Sleeping Bear Self Storage

Lady was very rude. They sold their location in Fairborn didn’t inform me or anything. When I called to pay my storage they told me they didn’t take payments for that location anymore because they sold it. I told her that was crazy and she hung up on me before giving me the number. I called back 6x and she wouldn’t answer. I then called from another number got the number told her about the situation about just hanging up on me then she hung up on me again!! 😡

They emptied out my space without calling me. I was sick, and when I called to set things straight, they gave me complete, rude attitude!!! The completely out of hand rude girl just yelled in my ear when I asked why they didn’t call to tell me they were emptying out the space. Little do they realize they lost lots of money on not giving me the opportunity to set things straight. And….. she said there was nothing on my account, so how did she know details?! Very strange. Very rude.
