Heather was great help when I went in to get a lock after I rented a unit online. The process was smooth sailing and my unit was good for what I needed to store. Heather was very patient and seemed eager to accommodate my needs with no complaints. The property looked clean. Pest control was there while I was for routine maintenance which is a good thing to see.
