SmartStop Self Storage

5 stars I recently bought a unit at SmartStop Self Storage on Airport Road in Colorado Springs (3850 Airport Rd), and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff member who helped me, Raleigh was outstanding. They were very assertive in the best way—confident, efficient, and made sure I understood everything without any confusion. At the same time, they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself seems clean, secure, and convenient—easy access right off Airport Road. I’ll definitely be using this place again. Highly recommend, especially if you get Raleigh helping you!

I enjoy renting from smart stop, very friendly place, I’ve rented from public storage and several other places and smart stop is just much better bang for your buck I highly recommend them! I also would like to single out Brandy and say she is very kind and helpful and always ready to suit your needs at smart stop!

This is a 2 part review. 1. Brandy is a dream,extremely nice and very helpful. The other lady with red hair is the same. As for everyone else ill stay in my lane and they stay in there's. You ask a question and your met with a attitude. News flash: that's your job if you gonna have a attitude then go work somewhere else. Me being a Marine trust me I can cop a attitude myself 2. Today is the 8th and I come to work on my stuff. Im 2 days late on the rent and I'm locked out of the place. I was told I'd have access to my unit. One person told me I wouldn't be locked out until 31 days. That's a lie.
