He made our visit easy and hassle-free, quick, convenient, and most importantly, he made us feel more confident in the safety and care that SmartStop Storage La Verne will provide.

Dina, the onsite manager, consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. She listens to your concerns and follows through with action. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I initially chose this storage facility for convenience, but I continue to stay because of the exceptional care and service Dina provides.
