Amanda was great! Very welcoming from the second I came onto the property. Answered any question I had enthusiastically and she was very knowledgeable! I also very much enjoyed the warm personality accompanied with her customer service. Got my codes and lock set up, took me right to the unit, showed me where to enter and exit, informed me of the cart to haul my belongings when needed. Everything from top to bottom handled and a card so in case I blank, I don’t have to search through my phone. It’s right there handy when needed. Thank you, Amanda! You rock, girl!

Honestly, the greatest service I’ve ever experienced they were kind they were helpful, Phil wakham and Lala vaiau really helped me through my process made it easy. It helped me through the phone. I was going through a rough day. Their kindness really helped me out and I would recommend this to anyone. I don’t think it’s just the company. I genuinely think these employees did a lot for me. Thank you so much. Look forward to working with you guys again.

This place knows how to hire excellent representatives! Phil (If I remember his name correctly), signed me up and couldn’t have been more helpful. The day after I rented the unit, I had a couple questions, so I talked to Kai and his co-worker (sorry, I’m hard of hearing and didn’t hear her name). Both of these young people were so kind, respectful and helpful. These days, it’s hard to find good customer service, but I certainly found it here.
