SmartStop Self Storage

We have been looking to get a storage unit for some time…. We did a search for locations near our home, that also had good reviews…. Next we drove by those that made the cut to get a feel for them - safety (lights, gates, etc.) & cleanliness. The last test was to actually speak with someone and based on that we would make our final decision. We stopped by Smart Stop Self Storage and spoke to Khan. He was thoughtful and listened to our needs so that he could make helpful suggestions and he was thorough in explaining the different units and price points available. We did look over the website prior to going there so that we mostly knew what to expect. I would recommend you do that as well. After deciding which size unit we needed, Khan walked us over to the unit available so we could see it before signing the contract. He was very willing to answer any questions we had. Based on our exchange with Khan, we decided to go ahead and secure our unit with SSSS that day. They even have locks available for sale if you don’t have your own. BTW, you do have the option to set up your unit online if you don’t like talking to people! We haven’t actually used our unit yet, so I don’t have any feedback on actually going to and from the facility and if getting into the gated area or building will be seamless, but based on our interaction with Khan, we don’t expect to have any issues!
