Living in Church Hill, this has been the most convenient storage facility. I use it to store my pop-up market gear, and the fact that I can back into a covered spot right at the loading dock and pile everything onto a cart for one trip - it has been hands down the easiest loading and unloading experience out of all of the storage options I've tried. (I've also never run into a situation where every single space was taken, there has always been parking.) The space is clean, and above all else - the staff has been amazing. They are friendly, they know me by name, and they have always been able to help when I need it. The big orange carts go through phases of getting a little run down, but they do get them replaced/repaired. Would highly recommend!

We rented a unit at this facility for years. Customer service has always been great, responsive, and easy to work with. I'm not located in the area (storage for a property we own) - so this was incredibly helpful to get things done from afar. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. I know that if we need one again in the future, this is where I will go. A special thank you to Malenda, Store Manager, as well - she is a rockstar!!

Clean and good temperature and humidity control. Employees were really helpful and nice. I preferred this place before it changed ownership when access hours were cut back, I left for somewhere else with 24 hour access. I need to be able to go back and forth frequently and between the limit on hours. It's pretty hard to do get into your unit at the start or end of the month with only 5 parking spaces and one elevator since that's when everyone is moving in or out. But when you can park, the loading docks and ramps are good for whatever sized vehicle or box truck you have. The major drawbacks of this place is that it's a historic building. The first floor has concrete, but units on 2nd floor and up have incredibly irregular historic wood floors. When moving in and out, I wound up breaking items that fell off the cart trying to make a tight turn to the elevator over the gaps and bumps of the wood planks. It's also pretty dark, even with the lights on and the motion sensors are pretty spread apart.
