SmartStop Self Storage

I leased a unit , 10x15? Big; Carport. Had it for about a Year. Eraka was extremely helpful the entire stay. Even helped my mom get a small unit. Prices are fair and the units are clean. The only issue I’ve had was dealing with construction on ten mile and Ryan. Having to go around the block and then back.

Check in was great. Went through all of the paperwork necessary and gave some great updates. Explain how going forward would work which was nice. The attendant actually met us at the unit which was a surprise. The rental unit was clean and even though I was measuring what was going to go into the unit it appeared much larger once I got there very roomy. Would highly recommend the stores facility and its staff.

My SmartStop visit was really efficient. Erika was very friendly and helpful. It didn't take long to fulfill my storage need. She was very knowledgeable of the business and the products. She's definitely a valuable asset to the SmartStop and their customers.Thank you so much.
