I have been a customer with Smith Ranch Self-Storage since the fall of 2023. Tom and Jenny provide excellent customer service to their tenants. They clearly communicate storage and pricing options, remain vigilant about who enters the property and are polite and courteous. The storage is clean and property well maintained by them. This review is from my own personal experience (like all my reviews), and my statements do not represent all customers’ experiences. At the same time, I convey my truth regarding my interactions with them, and I am pleased with the outcome. I will also provide another review if I should cease services with Smith Ranch. I am confident they will continue to provide strong service for me for my duration of time with them as a tenant. Lastly, they maintain cheerful dispositions while providing security to the tenants, and I am happy to respond to them and the company with ease. Smith Ranch Self Storage had the best rate for the right size! Reserving the size I wanted was free and easy online. After I reserved a unit, they were quick to follow up on it. They didn't try to hurry me or rush me into a decision. I just told them what day I planned on coming if I chose them, or I would call them if I needed to cancel the reservation. The staff was friendly, easy to communicate with and made you feel at ease. The whole process went smoothly and easily. I'm glad I chose the right storage!
