Sonoma Forge

I had a problem with a toilet roll holder (probably my fault). I contacted Sonoma Forge and they sent me a new one, no drama and no cost. I very much appreciated this level of customer support, it isn’t what usually happens. Their products are nice and well made, the customer service is outstanding.

After several years of hard use, the hose on our much loved faucet frayed and began leaking. I procrastinated finding a replacement, thinking it was gonna be a pain. I quickly found the name of our faucet by using Google Lens, easy enough. But then I couldn't find accessories for the unit. I gave up and decided to email the company directly with a photo of what I was looking for. Sooooooo glad I did. Chris immediately wrote back, asked a follow up question, then sent my hose "priority" mail, no additional cost!! He even gave us advice on how to change the hose if we were going to do it ourselves. His advice was spot on and it helped my very non-handyman husband replace it without help and in about 25 minutes. I am VERY happy with their products and now service. Thank you Sonoma Forge.

I would like to compliment the excellent customer service provided by Chris Rosano of Sonoma Forge. I had an issue with a shower faucet of the Sonoma Forge WaterBridge Collection where the hot water started to quickly go cold. I had this product for 11 years with no previous issues. I called Sonoma Forge for assistance on how to identify and correct the issue. Chris quickly identified the problem and promptly mailed at no charge new cartridges with simple to follow installation instructions. I installed the new cartridges and the shower now works perfectly again. Excellent customer service, thank you Chris! Steve Scott
