SOS Storage Centers

Angel and all the people I have dealt with are very professional and courteous! They give me calls when I am going to be late...and sometimes I am and have to pay late fees. Not their fault but mine. I find communication is key and they have been extremely understanding and empathetic during this pandemic. For what it's worth that is my personal experience from having a storage unit here for three years.

I've been a tenant at SOS Storage Centers for 10 years. Jessica M is a great manager. Customer service and cleanliness are of the highest standard.

Clean facility. Good service but never see the same customer service rep more than a few times. I was late going out the facility by 2 minutes one night. Had to call the emergency number, the CSR did everything that she could to help me get out asap. Have had nothing but good experiences with SOS. Hope this will confine. One suggestion though, maybe post the gate/facility hours somewhere that current customers can be reminded of what they are, as we do not carry our paper work with us at all times and most people will not remember everything that was stated at time of initial renting of unit.
