South Albany Self Storage

This place is horrible. First they are only open like 3 days a week and during which people have to be at work so you have to lose out on money to be able to even go finalize your rental. They also do not refund you when you don't even use the storage unit.

The service sucks. All the pictures you see are from the good side of the building. All the good things you see are props. Everything is broke and dirty. Even the kiosk has dirt and spider webs inside the glass. Broke down trailers that look like someone is living in it. Gate didn't work. Manager is basically worthless. Everything is done on his time. But check out the pictures. Tell me does that RV look like it is “just” being stored there? If you over payed or move on with them owing you money, don’t plan on getting back any time soon. This place isn’t even worth one star.

This place is spectacular. When I first got here I was looking at a smaller unit when a bit bigger one opened up and right there on the spot they made it happen. I was able to walk out with the size unit I actually needed. They have fair gate times, very easy to make a payment and great communication. If you need to talk to someone they will be right on it. Thank you for making my stay easy and comfortable.
