Excellent storage facility with top-notch staff. I’ve been a customer for several years, and their customer service consistently goes above and beyond. The on-site conference room and business center are incredibly convenient, and the manager is always knowledgeable and helpful.

I definitely recommend this place, the women who helped me named Susan made an embarrassing and difficult situation manageable. If you are looking for a reliable place with reliable staff look no further. Thank you again for all your help

Storage units - no matter where you find them in the Los Angeles basin are expensive - so to find one that staff's people who are empathetic and professional, helps buffer the price-sting. Everybody that staffs this facility is pleasant and takes time to listen to the customer concerns and or needs. In my experience, the facilities/maintenance man - Tony - has been particularly kind and VERY helpful from day 1. My family and I only rented this space due to the sudden death of our Mom, and as I stated, the staff is great, and Tony went out of his way - on a number of occasions to help me, my brother and our nephews, during what was largely a tough time - Thank you South Bay Storage and Tony in particular!!
