Savannah is great! When I cleaned out some boxes from my unit there was a couch in the dumpster and the next morning it was taken care of and an email sent out reminding tenants of potential action if it happens again. I have no worries about my items and will continue to rent even with a small rate hike.

Joy was a pleasure to work with and helped me save me money! She was kind, patient, understanding and beyond professional. I appreciated her time and communication, she was very thorough and beyond helpful. The facility and grounds are very well kept, prices are a little higher than I desired but well worth it. You can always get in touch with the office staff. The area is a nice and safe area with a secured entrance/exits to the units. I feel very safe storing our items here and we are happy with our experience in renting here.

As long as you do not have any problems, they are OK. I have made several attempts to get the roll door fixed on the unit I rent and they still have not fixed the door. (going on 2 months now) It seems that management only wants your money and they really are not concerned for anything else.
