Very nice storage facility, they also rent moving trucks. Counter clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. Clean place with easy access. Prices are reasonable

1 hour! 1 hour is what it took for the lady to rent us our truck are car tow. This is after we had already confirmed with Uhaul and this business. The lady working the counter would not call and ask for help then when it was time to charge us she did not know how to charge us out I do not recommend this place.

i spent almost 2 hours in my near by U-Haul location trying to rent a 5x8 trailer. The young man in the location tried everything possible to help me but just could not, He contacted customer service and spoke to " Mary Alexander" and was just very rude and uncooperative, H asked why it was not possible and she stated " the customer should know the weight to his truck" when he replied that we have the actual weights of the vehicle in front she proceeded to say "she dint know what he was even doing is he knew or what " and after him trying to contact several U-Haul customer service agents none were of any help and after wasting 2 hours in the location she finishes by saying "just tell the customer to go to the Pharr location and pick it up there. AS IF THE GAS IS CHEAP ENOUGH TO JUST TRAVEL WHERE EVER SHE WANTS ME TOO AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS IN THAT LOCATION WITH MY BUSINESS CLOSED . Please address the situation so no one else has to go thru this and that no other customer service rep. be rude to the location employees who try to help as much as possible the way Joseph S. did. Joseph S. did a great job at helping me but unfortunately the customer service did not and for that reason i would likely not be doing business with U-Haul.
