Spare Room Self Storage

I really hate to do this because the owner was very kind and accommodating but, we emptied our unit into our garage and as we go through it almost everything that was in there has evidence of mouse, rats, and crazy enough racoon (prints) living in the unit. There is poop and pee, on and in most of the boxes. Some boxes have full holes chewed into them. We have had to toss hundreds of dollars worth of items because of this. Unless you plan on storing everything in plastic lockable totes, I would steer clear.

This storage i got robbed 2 time and the owner did nothing they went in to the back and went throw the wall and i was not the only one that got robbed
