This place has no respect for the customer. I had a car in this facility and it had its catalytic converter stolen. I filed a police report and one day after that I got a notice that my car was not ‘fit for their facility’ and I had 3 days to vacate the facility. There has been no help from management to find out whole stole my catalytic converter or any sort of sorry or refund to cover the cost of it. I looked around the rest of the storage facility and realized there are some very delapitated cars and rvs. I also noticed a hole under some of the chain link fence. This is a bad facility.

The cost of my unit was $200 a month when it was Doc’s with a 10% military discount which made it $190. Now that Spare Box took over it’s $319 a month for the exact same unit.

Thank you Yan for the great customer service and the faculty was wonderful in accommodating my needs for short term solutions with my vehicles. Safe and secure location for sure.
