The late fee was twice the rent. $60 a month then we owed $300 make that make sense. Do t use them. I refuse to pay the late fees lost my kids Christmas ornaments and my dead mothers. Nothing of money value in my unit just sentimental. Which that sucks way more but not going to be robbed for being late. $20 sure $100’s no. Also recently disabled so yeah that extra $100’s couldn’t happen even if I wanted to.

I wasn’t aware of insurance amount before reservation and I feel it shouldn’t be mandatory to purchase so that’s why the 3 stars

Very courteous person. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. She handled the matter with professionalism.
