I've been dealing with Mike on and off since 1994. The premises are always clean. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with. And the prices are hard to beat. I've always been happy with this facility.

Facility is kept super clean and Mike is GREAT at his job! Always ready to assist you wether you need a rental unit or an U-Haul equipment to rent! Have used 4 different storage locations in the last 6 years while living in the area and THIS ONE IS THE BEST ONE BY FAR! Mike’s customer service was ON POINT every single time I needed something! Even when I moved out and needed to rent a trailer (U-haul), Mike’s help with the process was key!!!

The manager Mike at the I-95 Emmorton location is wonderful. He listens and understands the needs of yhe customers. The prices for the same size units at this location only went up very little since I last rented back in 2016, compared to most of the other storage Co., in the local area. I would tell anyone who's looking for a unit that this is the best place, for pricing, staff, and management.
