Stop 'N Lock Self Storage

I recently did business with them, and l thought I was dealing with a honest and professional company. But, i had an incident with my storage being not locked properly, but the storage door was down. So, a staff member (manager) informed me. I was appreciative; for what I thought was her being honest. Someone went into my storage and stole my things worth over thousands of dollars. Long story short I called her back later to and asked if she could she review the camera. She didnt even give me the common courtesy to call me back to follow up with my concerns. I called headquarters later, and "Deb" from headquarters was very unsympathetic of what happen and unprofessional. She spoke to me like I took something from her. I paid them good money on time, and i had planned to use them in the near future. Not anymore! NOTE: Please, if you do use them... Get insurance and make sure you lock your door properly. The employees are untrustworthy and unprofessional with little or no customer service skills. "Lawsuits in works!" 👎👎👎👎👎

Been using them for a long time. Pretty good prices compared to other local storage facilities. Sometimes hard to get on the phone. Nice staff, and convenient to access.

I LOVE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. IT'S HARDLY EVER A LOT OF TRAFFIC AND THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. IT'S OFF IN A SECLUDED AREA BUT I LIKE ABOUT IT MOST IS THAT THEY'RE CHEAP AND WELL SECURED. I'D RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO STORE.
