Too expensive and i was ripped off the first week and they didnt even call me

The two women I’ve encountered at the front desk are incredibly rude. Even during simple transactions. Driving in at 515ish and to go into my unit and having the women come out to “remind me” “just so you know we close soon”. Like I don’t know the hours or there is an issue with me coming DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Also, threatening my kids with calling the police and charging them with trespassing simply because they are riding their bikes on the street and use the driveway as a means to turn around is disgusting. Currently searching for another storage facility due to the lack of professionalism these women possess and I’m sick of it.

I ended up with two smaller units, and asked if they would call me if a large (30 foot) unit became available.... and a couple months later, they actually called.... it's practically a miracle these days: good customer service! The fact that some customers are homeless (I AM assuming that due to the shopping carts being "driven" in - my apologies if I'm wrong), I see why they have to limit the hours of operation. And I understand that the homeless are citizens too and deserve to be treated fairly and well. The prices are very fair (I've checked around), and in two and a half years there has been no price change. It IS inconvenient that on some holidays they are closed, as that's often when I need access AND have time to get projects done. The staff is super friendly (they even smile!), and the occasional "we're closing in a few minutes" is calm but firm as expected. Overall, I'm pleased and will continue to be a customer.
