UPDATE: After seeing our review and realizing the problems, we received a call from Cindy(believe she is the owner). She fixed all of the problems immediately and is now fully aware of all the issues with the support team and is working to correct all of those as well. Thank you ! NEVER RENT HERE!! When you give them the 30 day notice and send in pictures of the clean vacant unit you get text saying your good but you have to call to finalize. You call to finalize and are told you have to call on a different date to finalize you do that and the date changes again. Then 20 days after moving out they put in an investigation of damages ( pictures clearly show clean no damage). Then continue to charge your account. You get told management will call you and there never is a call. We are filling a formal complaint with both the district attorney and the better business bureau.

Excellent facility. Very well kept and managed. Reasonable prices. The hours of access are the reason why I moved here from another facility. Management is very accessible. The gate wasn't working one day, and they were able to fix it immediately. I appreciate the security. They have cameras installed all over the facility and actively monitor them. You can feel confident if you're considering a unit at this facility.

I can't even give them a star. I wouldnt.. they are liars and thieves. I had my stuff out 1 or 2 weeks before I was due again and they still charged me for a hole month that I didn't even use.. plus a lockout fee and late fee. after telling me in the beggining I would be pro rated for the month.. bullshit.. a total of $180. They are just looking for any way to take your money... im very disappointed in the company and the fact that they just ripped $180 of my hard earned money out of my kids mouths.. I've never had to go through so many hoops and get screwed in the biggest form possible, by any other storage place.. If you do not want to get screwed over and have a bunch of liars working, I do not recommend going here..
