Fast friendly service, they answered my questions, explained things and had a lot of patience with me. Great quality storage units and very safe too.

My husband and I rented from here for a few months when we first moved here and when we moved out in December my husband called and told them we were moving out and they said ok great empty it and take the lock off. January came and we were charged for the storage unit, my husband called and asked why and what happened and they said that we didn’t fill out the move out paperwork. They didn’t say anything about that the first time we called to move out. We went ahead and signed the paperwork and took the loss for January. Then February came and we were charged yet again. We called and didn’t get any help so ended up contacting our bank and blocked them from being able to take any more then finally after a week of trying got the refund for February. And to top it off mice infested the place and destroyed a lot of keep sakes and my kids stuffed animals. Yes they were in plastic boxes. 1 star cause I can’t put 0. Will not be renting here again nor would I recommend

The site and unit are great. Emily made the rental easy and got us a good deal. My experience has been great so far!
