Went there first time , Galveston location. Service excellent. The Lady showed more than one unit. She is very friendly and informative. I highly recommend them .

There's so many reasons I would never go back to Galveston location. Facility did NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE THE DUMPSTER ON SITE. My ceiling collapse onto my belongings and the facility required me to have insurance yet OFFERED NOTHING FOR DAMAGED DRESSER FROM CEILING MATERIAL AND DEBRIS THAT LANDED ON TOP. They constantly went up. I had 2 units. Finally I had absolutely no choice but too move. And the place was to small to bring a 26 foot u-haul in and I could have ACTUALLY LOADED MY STUFF FROM THE BACK BUT THEY SAID BACK GATE WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE. Sam the lady that runs the office is THE ONLY LIKEABLE AND DECENT PERSON or reason to rent THAT YOU HAVE GOING FOR THAT FACILITY.
