Storage King USA

TLDR: I'm extremely satisfied with Storage King 114 in Pontiac! Story: This is my second year storing my trailer at any location and first year a storage king. Storage not as much as a "commodity" as I thought, meaning at different storage companies you get different degrees of process, different security and different availability to talk to someone, including there being regularly.. and different pricing The review: - The process both online and in person is straight forward - There is staff at the location. Darlene helped my get checked in easily - Security: Its gated with a code BOTH in and out. Plus, it's simply closed after 10pm. Nobody gets in at night I called to get help with my Insurance and Rose helped me. All around, I'm really happy with Storage King and will be coming back each year!

The facility was perfect for the price in comparison to other units I have rented previously. The attendant was pleasant, very helpful and the process was quick. I was very satisfied.

Wanda from the call center was great to work with. She made an upgrade to a bigger unit, a seamless and easy process. I highly recommend working with her storage. King has been great for my business.
