I am " still" a customer at your facility on S. Palo Verde Dr in Tucson AZ. The manager Jessica has ALWAYS made me feel appreciated as a customer. She has always been professional, but not cold. More friendly than I usually have dealt with from other companies. The only down fall I would say is having to deal with a call center during normal business hrs without being able to reach " any" mgt at the facility directly. Thier communication skills can be somewhat lacking. Im a senior citizen & disabled veteran with a hearing impairment & having to CONTINUELESSLY repeat myself can be tiring. That would be the only downside. I would recommend this company to others, but honestly I can only vouch for the Mgr I have dealt with directly.

I shopped around to find affordable storage. This place was not the least expense, but the location and ease of renting made it my choice. When I called and spoke to "Jessica" in the office, I was treated very well, and was glad that I selected this facility. The unit was clean, the whole facility property is clean, secure and her assistance in getting us access to drop stuff off was excellent. So far, so good. thank you Jessica!

Jessica is the best property manager. She was very accommodating, helpful, and very informative. I never expected to have such a positive encounter. I highly recommend Storage King, whenever considering to rent a storage unit. Ernie.
