Amber Mayer was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable. She offered water and a snack. She drove me to my unit on a golf cart to show me around. Made sure my code worked and that I was all set. She did not make me feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. The units are clean and are exactly what I need. I had a problem trying to open my unit the first time by myself (completely my fault) but when I called Amber, she explained exactly what I needed to do and it worked. I highly recommend using the Storage Masters on Woodford. I originally was going to another one and I'm so thankful I switched last minute and came to this one. 10 out of 10 recommend Storage Masters because of the outstanding customer service Amber provides. She excels at customer service. You can tell she loves her job and that makes me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business.

Ms Amber is beyond excellent she goes above and beyond for her job she’s always very polite, respectful and informative with a great attitude,when she calls or informs me of things related to my unit as far as bills or birthday promotions in emails it’s always easygoing and not hassling or nagging,I hope she stays an long time employee there and can possibly be in control to train and manage other facilities I believe she deserves it.
