I reserve my 5 star reviews only for businesses that over-deliver, and this is definitely one of them. 1. I reserved a unit, and they honored the reservation for two weeks before I was able to move in. No extra fees. 2. The unit was clean and with a lock that I was able to use until I had moved all my belongings in from a different provider. I then returned it and used my own. Very convenient and again, no extra fees. 3. Open communication. Very responsive and professional.

Very pleasant and easy process to rent a storage building. Everything was processed over the phone and ready for when I arrived. I was given exact directions to my storage unit. They emailed me with directions to take their lock off and place my lock on and where to put their lock after hours. Very professional and very clean unit. Parking lot was very clean and very well lit. All buildings all number so you have no problem finding the buildings.

I've been with them for almost a year now, never had any issues. Perfect business! And I'll be telling everyone this is the place to go to store your things.
