Storage Plus of Longview is hands-down the best storage experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Dwayne—made me feel welcome, supported, and completely at ease. As a first-time renter, I had a million questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. Dwayne treats you like a person, not a number—understanding that life happens and being flexible when it matters most. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Wide aisles make loading and unloading a breeze, and the gated entry with keypad access gives me peace of mind. I love that they offer month-to-month leases and even carry moving supplies on-site. Dwayne went above and beyond—helping me unload heavy items and even offering cold water on a hot day. That’s real customer service! I did my research—20+ places in the Longview area—and Storage Plus had the best prices and the most genuine, heart-centered service. If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, affordable, and run by people who truly care, this is it. I’ll never store anywhere else.

I love this place, as a first time storage renter they made it so easy for me. They were kind and patient with my many questions,and answered every..single...one I had haha! They understand sometimes checks come a day or 2 later than the 1st and are lenient. They act like humans with hearts and consciouses not a robot who is money hungry. The prices per size are also the BEST and trust me I did all my research for the longview area,20+ places this one is the most decent priced as well as friendly, kind customer service. Glad I chose them!! (The manager I spoke and worked with was Mr.Dwayne and goodness gravy he is a Saint! As long as he's around you'll always have business with me ☺)

We had a very GREAT experience signing up with storage plus! The store manager DeWayne Sally was so helpful in helping me get the correct size unit at the best price and was professional and courteous, me and my wife are Grateful for all his help!
