My experience today was amazing. I got here at the top of the morning when they open and Tyrone was here punctual as always. Upon entry, he gave me the schematics of all the storage unit and how I could essentially use the storage facility to my advantage and I truly appreciate it. I came from Storage Max and Leslie treated me like family. He made sure to offer storage options that fit my needs and my budget, which I truly appreciate especially during these difficult times. I will definitely recommend Storage Post to my loved ones and friends. All of the staff were very friendly, especially Cristal and Leslie, who assisted me.

Good morning today Nov 1, 2025 i purchased 2 storages for rent. The young lady at the front was awesome, very professional, customer service was excellent!! She made me feel welcome and was muilti tasking when other customers arrived. I just wanted to say you guys for having this young lady Crystal working at the park ave site.
