My grandmother lost her Key. So we called and they told us that she will need to sign some paperwork and pay $40 to get a new key and lock. That was fine, no problem. We get here around 12:45pm and the door is lock. One of the customers told us they they when to the bank and they'll be back in 10 minutes. It was a little frustrating because we got here in a cab, it's cold and the cab left already. But again, fine. But they came back at 1:30! My grandmother was freezing. During that time, we called the manager 2 time and no answer. That's when I got through to corporate and they said that on one person (The manager) works there. But when they finally opened again for business, there was 3 people coming back from lunch. So they all 3 employee is go to lunch all at the same time. So ya, this was a Bad experience here. With no lunch hour time on the door. Unless is was somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience with the office representative. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire interaction. Communication was clear and efficient, and my concerns were handled with patience and respect. The level of service provided was truly outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I recommend going directly to the office and deal with SY! She is Amazing! DO NOT GO THROUGH THE CALL CENTER!! I cannot say enough great things about the storage associate who helped me. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best possible experience. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all my options clearly, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was their willingness to help without rushing or treating me like “just another customer.” They were patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful at every step.
