From the first contact with Patrick, on site manager, he began addressing my needs within my budget. Having given more thought to my needs he arranged me another unit prior to my moving in, which gave me better access. Throughout my year stay Patrick and I became friends and talked mostly about trucks and motorcycles. Upon giving my notice to vacate, I was introduce to another SROA property manager, Jamie, whom I can tell is being well groomed by Patrick. Always pleasant and willing to accomdate potential and current renters. I highly recommend SROA particularily if you are in the Chattanooga, TN area. Sincerly Robert Jones Unit: 0907

I have used other storage rental companies around the Chattanooga area previously, but this location is far superior. The others do not have Patrick managing their facility and that is likely the real difference. He is always polite and his customer service is top notch.

Patrick and Jamie are awesome. ❤️ I know when people think “it’s just storage,” but for us it’s been way more than that to us . We’ve gotten to know both of them on a personal level, and they are truly wonderful, kind people. I’ll never have my storage anywhere else.-Laiken
