Rueben SROA Review Ruben has been such a pleasure to work with. He really cares about his customers. The initial transfer to SROA from the previous company was a little bumpy at first, but Ruben has done everything to clear that up and help in every possible way. The storage facility is clean, with plenty of elevators, if you have a unit on the higher floors. The East Providence facility also has a wide variety of sizes of units to meet whatever your need is. Anytime I have a question or an issue, Ruben makes himself available and does everything to answer the questions or fix the Issue. Ruben is easy to speak with and is a very pleasant person to have and work with at the East Providence location.
