On Monday the 16th of February I was faced to find a storage unit as I abruptly had to vacate my second home. Upset, in shock and exhausted I was greeted by a very kind and professional young woman at the desk named Quichard. She was patient with me as I was under stress and not clear minded, she was efficient with setting up my account which was extremely helpful as I had my work cut out for me to get my belongings organized. "Que" (Quichard) is definitely an asset to that location, a very pleasant experience as my last few units I rented from the 12 mile and telegraph location were not so much.

I have dealt with a lot of storage facilities and this place here in Ferndale is on another level of greatness!!!!! The Manager’s Customer Service is unmatched. Her willingness to make you feel comfortable with the correct space that you need really won me over. I believe her name is Q and I apologize for not fully knowing that but I’m thankful for her.

The pricing was competitive when we signed our lease, however our monthly rate was increased ~$20 a few months after signing with no notification (which I was told was sent out...). I was then informed that price increases can be applied several months after signing, as well as at future dates. When I called to discuss, I was told that the $20 price increase was on the lower side. Feels like this company lures customers in with lower prices, then hits them with price increases after they have moved everything into their unit. The unit itself is very clean and conveniently located - however, take price increases into account before signing.
